I live in Australia and wish to know more about honner brand harmonica’s repairs. This particular one was made in Germany and roughly about 60 years old. Anyone know of a place that specialises in repairs for these. I think I found an answer. The Hohner factory. You’ll find that it’s often cheaper to just replace an old harmonica but if it might be repaired, the factory that made it is certainly the place that can repair it. go to: #SERVICEOPTIONS and select “reconditioning service” from the options. You’ll recognize many models aren’t on that list. That’s because a service will cost more than the harmonica costs to replace. For those, you can select the Exchange Program and you can get a trade-in on your old one if you’d like and save a few dollars. You could also visit the Parts and Tutorials page and consider learning to repair it yourself. Sometimes worth the effort, sometimes not. Anything less costly than a Marine Band/Special 20 is probably not worth the costs of repairing.
