Hello everyone, I am writing an argumentative research paper on harmonicas for my english class. My topic that that I am arguing is that chromatic harmonicas made by Hohner are better than chromatic harmonicas made by Suzuki. My main points are : Hohner has been making harmonicas longer than suzuki and has more credibility Suzuki started out as solely a harmonica manufacturing company but later expanded to make other more profitable instruments, thus they have less focus on making the harmonicas better. Suzuki chases profitability and sacrifices quality Hohners are a brand name and that gives a psychological boost to the player making them play better. Hohners are more aesthetically pleasing. Hohner has more actual harmonica players working for their company than Suzuki. Although Hohner harmonicas are generally more expensive, their quality is worth the price. Ive interviewed multiple different music store owners, most of them only stock Hohners. I still do not have enough facts. Could you guys please give me more reasons why Hohner is better than Suzuki? Can you guys give me some bad things about Suzuki(durability) I also need to counter a counterargument about why suzuki is better. Thank you very much. Statistics would be a GREAT help. Like # of hohners sold vs suzuki and Hohners Stock prices vs Suzuki or something. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. Please state your sources regarding to your claims above for they sounded more like biased towards Hohner than stated facts or your argument factors will sound really weak. (E. G Hohner has more actual harmonica players working for their company than Suzuki/Better quality than suzuki)
